Friday September 6th & Saturday September 7th 2024 - Antwerp, Belgium
Participation fee: 175€
Included in race kit: badge, patch, diploma, bib number, banner, roadbook
Catering included: Pasta evening on Friday. Breakfast, lunch & dinner on Saturday

ACCOMMODATIONS
Since our event coincides with the annual city festivities, there will also be many tourists in the city. So book quickly! Because hotels will be fully booked quickly and at higher prices. The entire city centre of Antwerp and Linkeroever are a Low Emmision Zone for cars and vans only. All Vespa's are allowed. We advise you to book your accommodations outside of this zone.

REGISTRATIONS
- Online registrations only, these will be handled in the VCE official language (English).
- Registrations will end on June 30th 2024 or when 120 participants are confirmed.
- Each VCE member (national club) is guaranteed 4 places for registrations until November 15th 2023.
- Quotas after November 15th 2023, first come - first serve.
- Form submitting will be confirmed by email autoresponder immediately after submitting the form.
- Please avoid double registrations, in case of withdrawal or data changes please contact us by email on evrc2024@vespaclubantwerpen.be.
- Your registration will only be complete after payment is received and has been confirmed by email.
- Payments must arrive by July 1st 2024.
- Data is collected and used in accordance with VC Antwerpen Privacy Statement.
